Due to the natural ingredients you can use this cleanser up to 3 times a day if you wish with none of that skin tightness/dehydrated feeling you sometimes get from harsher cleansers.
As with all Nzuri Organics products, a little goes a long way so you only need a large pea sized amount to cleanse your whole face & neck.
